Mixed Football
Our mixed football squad have had a fantastic season, representing Rabbsfarm with pride, determination and an excellent level of sportsmanship throughout.
Under the guidance of Mr McKenzie, the team have continued to develop their skills, confidence and understanding of teamwork. Their commitment in training and during competitive fixtures has been clear to see, with pupils showing resilience, encouraging one another and learning how to play to each other’s strengths.
A particular highlight was the team’s outstanding achievement in the UDPSSA Football Cup, where they finished as runners-up. Reaching the final was a brilliant achievement and reflected the hard work, commitment and positive attitude shown by the whole squad.
Just as importantly, the players consistently demonstrated our Rabbsfarm Values and Culture Curriculum when representing the school. Their respect for teammates, opponents and officials, alongside the way they responded positively to both success and disappointment, made the school extremely proud.
We are incredibly pleased with the progress the team have made and are now looking forward with excitement and optimism to the upcoming season, where pupils will have further opportunities to compete, develop their skills and enjoy representing Rabbsfarm.
Girls’ Football
We are proud to continue developing our dedicated girls’ football provision, giving pupils the opportunity to build their confidence, skills and enjoyment of the game.
Our girls’ football squad train every Tuesday with Mr Knibbs, a visiting coach from the Brentford Football Club Community Trust. The squad brings together enthusiastic players from Years 5 and 6 with a range of experience, creating an inclusive environment where every pupil is encouraged to participate, develop and challenge themselves.
Throughout the year, the team have represented Rabbsfarm brilliantly at football festivals and competitive tournaments. It has been particularly rewarding to see pupils grow in confidence, support one another and demonstrate teamwork, resilience and sportsmanship both in training and when representing the school.
Looking ahead to 2026/27, we are committed to continuing to strengthen girls’ football at Rabbsfarm and within the wider community. A key priority is to break down barriers to participation, ensuring that girls feel confident, supported and inspired to become involved in football, regardless of their previous experience.
We look forward to providing even more opportunities for girls to participate, compete and develop a lasting enjoyment of football.
Netball

We are extremely fortunate to have Lisa continuing in her role as Head Coach for our netball squad. The team is made up of enthusiastic players from Years 5 and 6, with pupils bringing a range of experience and a shared commitment to developing their skills and working together as a team.
This year has been an outstanding one for the squad, who were crowned league champions following a fantastic season of performances. Across their fixtures, the players demonstrated determination, resilience and growing confidence, while consistently supporting and encouraging one another on court.
Just as importantly, the team have been wonderful ambassadors for Rabbsfarm, demonstrating our Rabbsfarm Values and Culture Curriculum through their teamwork, respect and sportsmanship when representing the school.
Looking ahead to 2026/27, we are excited to build on this success by continuing to develop our Year 5 players and preparing the next generation of pupils to represent the school. We hope to give even more children the opportunity to grow in confidence, develop their netball skills and experience the enjoyment of competitive school sport.
